Welcome back to the olive skin foundation series! I'm so excited to test out the best foundations for light olive skin tones, and today we're diving into a very exciting foundation to try - the Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Medium Coverage with Fermented Arnica. I've learned one thing throughout this foundation series: they'll name their foundations with way too many buzzwords, never a simple name!
Up first, we have shade 160 - this is light neutral. And this is shade 130 - this is light warm. Your opinion here! Okay, this is so interesting - this is looking so pink to me, a little bit too yellow, but towards this 160 here. What do you guys think?

The Missing Olive Shade Discovery
Come to my attention that they actually have a light cool shade and olive undertones - and they didn't give me that sample. Damn it! I'm honestly really, really upset these are the shades that they matched me to. This happens to me so often - I come home and I'm disappointed in the shades they match me to.

The Half & Face Test
Let's just do a half and half and see how they compare. I shade match so many times that I kind of know what is a match and isn't a match off the bat. But you know what? I could be proven wrong. So that's side number one.

Surprising Formula Love
Immediately I really like the finish. I have such dry skin and this feels pretty good. I was feeling like this looked a little too pink from the swatches that I was looking at. Both considered light, they just have different undertones.

The Ultimate Shade Match Check
I want you guys to take a hard look at my face and tell me if any of these are a match at all. Take a look at my body as a whole and my face, of course. I love this formula - I'm not ready to give up on this just yet.
